Durable products
Porcelain and stoneware are very resistant, dense and uniform ceramics that tend to last over the years. They are classified as high-temperature ceramics because they undergo very hot firings, giving them high resistance. The finished product is therefore durable, resistant, almost impossible to stain and without absorption problems, making it completely safe for food.
Traditional manufacturing
This beautiful stoneware collection is made using an ancient throwing technique. The clay is kneaded to release its air bubbles, then turned and dried to the desired shape, and finally hand-turned to refine the piece. The piece is then dried before "dégourdi" undergoes two firings: the first between 900° and 1080°, then the second between 1250° and 1300° once glazed by dipping.
