One of the primary elements of the Trinacria collection, which reconnects us deeply with the Earth, is the lava stone and more precisely, the one extracted from Mount Etna, which dominates the eastern Sicilian landscape. It is the rocket and incandescent lava of the Etna volcano, which cools to become stone. This stone is the raw material protagonist, over the centuries, of handicrafts and magnificent works of art. Lava stone is part of the culture and history of this region: it tells a sequence of destruction and rebirths with a sour power that imposes on the landscape its deeply severe essence. Lava stone, also called "lava" or "volcanic stone" is part of the group of the most energetic and protective stones of nature apparently and therefore chosen by Maison Gala to complete our trip to beautiful Sicily to find this energy and magnetism on our table!

The Trinacria collection, entirely made in the small artisan workshops of Sicily, the region further south of the "boot", consists of decorative objects made following the most ancestral traditions of the Island. Trinacria, like the other Maison Gala collections, celebrates all your convivial moments with style and refinement, according to the most precious Italian tradition.
The materials used in this collection deeply represent the Sicilian land: the majolica and the lava rock of Etna.
A damp, soft, non-abrasive cloth is sufficient to clean the object. Do not use chemical detergents as they can damage the enamel.

The products must be handled with care, taking care not to cause accidental falls, impacts with hard surfaces (even the slightest one can cause the parts to crumble) or anything else that could jeopardize their integrity.
